Megas Yialos Summer Villas

Guiding projects through planning, approvals, and regulatory requirements to help streamline development and support successful project delivery.   In this project, three adjacent plots in Megas Yialos, Syros were sourced. Then a development strategy was founded for 17 summer villas with private pools overlooking the Aegean Sea. Construction works have commenced. More coming soon.
